To see and have some insight…

Monday Only This Week!  Off week of April 5th!

Well, the water I am looking at has white caps on it today, and the winds of life took some of “our” stuff into the neighborhood last night (quite windy).  As I walked around, I noticed some trees that had fallen.  Cannot help but think that this is the way life goes sometimes, windy and losses.  We lose things that thought would always be there.
I do also find that the pauses, talks, sitting, meditating, reading, etc. do allow a seeing of reality.  I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to see and have some insight….if only for a moment.
