I find mindfulness meditation supports my intention to notice the “shoulds” … if only for a moment.
This week’s Mindfulness Meditation practice is Monday from 12:15 – 12:45 p.m.
Take refuge in the present moment. Mindfulness Meditation is the opportunity to rest in Presence in a supportive environment with others. No experience, fee, or registration necessary. All are welcome.
We begin with a brief discussion of mindfulness, follow with silent practice, and then conclude with any shared observations, comments, and wonderings.
